Project Name: Caledscratch - More Than a Prop Build
Background: This project took me little over 3 months totalling 200+ hours of build time making it one of the most time consuming of all my projects. It features a functional DJ mixer with 4 amplified speakers in which is all powered by a 12V lead acid battery. This prop weighs roughly 23 lbs. This weekend, my Bolin and I cosplayed the Fire Ferrets at PCC! It was quite heartwarming how so many little kids came up, some tugging on my robe, and asked if they could take a picture with Korra and Bolin. ;-; This little one nervously approached us with the help of his parents, and we did tough guy and gal poses together! After we were done, he turned around and asked
“Where’s Mako?”
We didn’t know what to say since our teammate was at Fanime, so Bolin just told him that Mako was taking a nap.
